Wash with clean water simply, and hot (up to 80°C) or cold water will not cause damage. Rinse weekly and air-dry. Replace every 12 months or if hardening/visible wear occurs.

How do I properly wear the ear plugs for the best noise reduction?

Step 1: Gently pull earlobe upward to straighten the ear canal.

Step 2: Insert the earplug and rotate it slightly until it sits snugly in ear.

Step 3: Press and hold for 5 seconds to ensure a complete seal.

Tips: Tap lightly, hear a “muffled thud” .

What’s the maximum safe wear time?

For children (age 10+)/small ear canals: ≤ 6 hours continuously.
